Stripe Leisure Consulting is a new independent surveying firm specialising in leisure property, founded in 2026 by Richard Baldwin MRICS - an experienced Leisure Property Consultant who brings extensive expertise from some 30 years of advising within the sector.
Richard is widely regarded as having one of the most unusual careers in surveying, with a uniquely diverse track record forged solely in leisure and operational property, which started in 1996 when he joined Edward Symmons Hotels & Leisure as a graduate.

Over three decades, Richard has built his reputation as a Leisure Property Consultant by valuing, selling, buying and advising on some of the most eclectic assets and businesses the length and breadth of the country - from Land's End to John O'Groats, and from Blackpool to Skegness. Richard has been a Leisure Chartered Surveyor and Member of the RICS since 1999. He is a Registered Valuer, a former RICS Assessor and a member of the Entertainment and Leisure Forum. He also has the trust of a strong and exceptionally knowledgeable network of fellow Leisure Property Consultants.
